Finance Assistant
permanent in Eccles, salary/rate: £15,000 - £16,000 depending on experience, hours: 9am - 5.30pm, starting: as soon as possible

An opportunity has arisen to join our client, a forward thinking organisation based in the Eccles area. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company's cash movements, reporting to the General Manager.
The main duties will include the input of sales and purchase invoices, daily Sage input and Cash Book allocations. You will also have responsibility for payroll/bonus calculations, BACS payments, monthly supplier payment runs and the administration involved with Company vehicles.
The job is varied and interesting and along with some general administrative tasks you will have contact with customers and suppliers and be able to create and maintain Excel Spreadsheets.
You will work in a spacious office with just 8 members of staff where the atmosphere is friendly, yet professional. There is easy access and free parking.
skills required
Previous accounts experience is essential, a knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts or Bookkeeping is desirable, but training will be given.
