Credit Controller
permanent in Manchester City Centre, salary/rate: £15,000 - £16,000 per annum + Life Assurance + Pension Plan, hours: 9am - 5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest growing, innovative organisations in Manchester, who bring a fresh approach to the funding requirements of small and medium businesses.
The requirement is to join a highly competent team in the implementation and maintainenance of an effective and professional credit control system for the company. As a Credit Controller with experience you will completely understand the need to build relationships with clients. You will have professional views on debt management and collection.
Your role will be to contact customers in line with company policies to confirm payments before balances become overdue. You will negotiate payment plans and reconcile statements. Previous factoring experience would be a distinct advantage although is not essential.
skills required
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Credit Control role. You will be passionate about the service you offer and approach the role with enthusiasm and good nature.
You will have good organisational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. Good IT skills are essential, in particular financial software.
