Full and Part time Positions available.

We currently have a requirement for Administrators to work in a variety of departments within local councils in Bolton, Bury, Wigan, Oldham and Rochdale.

The main responsibility for these positions will include ensuring the provision of efficient financial, office management and administration systems for the department.

Main duties will include: assisting with the organisation and co-ordination of events, creating, designing and producing documentation, spreadsheets and other information systems using relevant software packages, attending meetings, taking notes and producing appropriate documentation, transcribing and producing documents from recorded speech and managing the use of financial resources on a daily basis making sure all deadlines are met.

The essential skills for these positions include having the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads, having the ability to input, search, store, retrieve and supply information, to be able to work as part of a team and to have a good working knowledge of MS Office and a typing speed of 50+words per minute.
