temporary in Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Wigan, salary/rate: £6 - £7.50 per hour, hours: Varied, full & part time available, starting: as soon as possible

Due to the issuing of several new contracts, our customers are looking for skilled office staff to undertake a variety of administrative, secretarial, customer focussed and accounts roles.

Lower level admin roles will include data input, filing, photocopying and general duties and the pay rate is £6 ph. Level 2 admin pays £6.50 ph and includes the above along with typing of documentation along with some telephone work with both customers and internal departments.

Senior Admin/Secretarial roles need experienced administrators with secretarial skills, which may include diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes etc. Pay rate is around £7.50 ph.

Many of the assignments are long term and ongoing and may lead to permanent work. Others will be shorter periods of 2 - 4 weeks duration. Previous experience is essential for all roles.

skills required

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience of office work. Sound IT skills are essential, preferably Microsoft Word and, for some contracts, a knowledge of Excel will be a distinct advantage.

You will have proven communications skills and be comfortable liaising both internally with colleagues and externally within our clients' customer base.

Some of the vacancies require a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure and we are able to obtain this on your behalf.
